Have you ever seen the movie A MAN CALLED NORMAN?
we sat and watched it (again) the other night. If you have not seen it, it really is a good film. It is a true story about a man's developing friendship with a another older man the whole town rejects. It's heartwarming, as well as a nice reminder of how we, as christians, sometimes behave towards others, and how we really ought to be. It also came to my attention this time that sometimes, we may share the gospel with someone, but they aren't ready to accept it. In part due to other "christians" behavior toward them, they don't trust us. Yet, with our patience and love they eventually may come to know and love the Lord, and we may find a beautiful treasure hidden in a new friend .
